Welcome to Swift Basket Co. ("Swift Basket Co.," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing swiftbasketco.com (the "Site") or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

  1. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. By using this Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

  2. Products, Fitment, and Vehicle Compatibility Many of our products are universal-fit or vehicle-specific accessories. You are solely responsible for confirming that a product is compatible with your vehicle's make, model, year, and trim before ordering. We provide fitment information in good faith, but it is provided for guidance only. Incompatibility with your vehicle is not a defect and does not entitle you to a return beyond our standard Return Policy.

  3. Intended Use Some products, including certain lighting and styling accessories, may not be legal for street use in all states or municipalities and are sold for off-road, show, or display use only unless otherwise stated. It is your responsibility to know and comply with your local laws and regulations regarding installation and use. We make no representations regarding the street legality of any product in your jurisdiction.

  4. Orders and Acceptance An order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, including after payment, in which case we will issue a full refund. We also reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a product was listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund your payment.

  5. Pricing and Payment All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your payment is processed by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

  6. Shipping Unless stated otherwise at checkout, standard orders ship within our stated processing time and typically arrive within 7-12 business days after shipment, though carriers may experience delays outside our control. If we are unable to ship your order within 30 days of payment, we will notify you and you may cancel for a full refund. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  7. Returns and Refunds Returns are governed by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please review it before ordering. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

  8. Product Warranties and Condition Products are sold new and carry the manufacturer's warranty, if any. Except as expressly stated, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding product performance, durability, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is required by law.

  9. Acceptable Use You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, scrape or copy its content for commercial purposes, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.

  10. Intellectual Property The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by Swift Basket Co. or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

  11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swift Basket Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

  12. Third-Party Links Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

  13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The current version, with its "Last updated" date, applies to all orders placed after posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  14. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of New York.
