Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

DELIVERY TIMES Standard shipping typically arrives within 7-12 business days after shipment. While most orders arrive within this window, carrier delays can occur and are outside our control.

SHIPPING RATES Shipping rates and options are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

SHIPPING ADDRESS Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

ORDER TRACKING Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. If tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, contact us at swiftbasket99@gmail.com and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

DELAYS AND LOST ORDERS If we're unable to ship your order within 30 days of payment, we'll notify you and a full refund will be issued. If a package is marked delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 14 days and we'll help you work with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING We currently ship to the United States only.
